Lauren Bernal is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a mom of four who lives what she teaches — real food, natural living, early mornings, and strength built patiently over time.

Her sessions are intentionally personal. Small groups stay small (four people, max) and individual training is exactly that: a program built for one body — yours. The goal isn't a number on a scale. It's you, feeling better than you ever have.
